El proyecto ARTISTAS CONSAGRADOS es una suite de herramientas digitales que han sido puestas al servicio de la promoción y consolidación del trabajo de los artistas de la pintura y las artes plásticas en general. Trabajamos aliados con ARTE TOSCANO y el colectivo artístico FUSIÓN CULTURAL INTERNACIONAL.
Es dirigido por Nelson Ortega Toscano, artista plástico con más de 50 años de experiencia en el arte, quien pensando como artista y a favor de los artistas, ha decidido crear un proyecto donde los artistas sean beneficiados, promocionados y visibilizados, en un espacio donde se puedan ver como ARTISTAS CONSAGRADOS
